Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 8–18 business days after dispatch for all destinations we serve. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.

Check the product and selected option; a pendant does not automatically include a chain. For example, the Golden Leaf Citrine Pendant offers a “No chain” option for the pendant only. Optional chains cost extra and appear as a separate item in your bag. Review your selected chain and the complete price before checkout.

You may request a return for an eligible gift purchase within 14 days of delivery under our voluntary policy. Items must be unworn and unused, with original tags, packaging and proof of purchase; exclusions apply. Email contact@lumerune.com before sending an item back. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Read the Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility and return costs. Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
