Tracking activation
Tracking information usually activates within 24–48 hours after shipment. If your tracking number still shows no updates after 48 hours, please contact us.

International deliveries
Updates may become less frequent once a parcel reaches the destination country and is handed to a local delivery service. You can use the same tracking number on the local postal service’s website.

60-day availability
Tracking information remains available for approximately 60 days after shipment. After this period, we are unable to assist with tracking inquiries.
