Use a ring you already wear
- Lay it flat. Choose a ring that comfortably fits the intended finger.
- Measure inside. Read the inner diameter straight through the centre in millimetres. Exclude the metal band.
- Find your size. Match the measurement to the US chart below.
No ring to measure?
Wrap a narrow paper strip around the finger base, mark the overlap and measure that length in mm. Check that it can pass over your knuckle. Repeat at room temperature.
